Our Quality Standards
Our goal is to provide you with Firewood that meets your precise needs and expectations. With clear communication, we have the ability to "Dial In" the perfect Firewood product for your business.
Moisture Guarantee
Our kiln-dried hardwoods are dried to below 20% moisture content for optimal burn performance. This ensures fast ignition, high heat output, and minimal creosote buildup in your oven or smoker.
Species Accuracy
We source directly from trusted regional mills and suppliers. Each order is packed by species to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered. If you ever receive a product that does not match your order, please notify us immediately.
Issue Resolution
If you receive a delivery with a quality concern — including incorrect species, excessive moisture, unsatisfactory split size, or damaged packaging — contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or credit at no charge.
Continuous Improvement
We welcome feedback. If there's anything about our product or service that doesn't meet your expectations, please let us know through the Email ANF feature or by calling your sales rep directly.

C-Single (Eco)
A commercial retail pallet packaged to Generally represent 1 quarter of a Face Cord.
Dolly
Designed to hold a single stack of Firewood that can be easily moved into tight spaces with a Dolly or Handtruck.
Eco (Most Popular)
A double stack of Firewood on a 32 x 31 inch base pallet. Fits through most commercial doorways and gates.
Eco (Big Box)
A large Cardboard box placed on a 32 x 31 inch base pallet. Filled with Fire Chunks only.
Eco (Custom)
Custom choices placed on a 32 x 31 inch base pallet.
Jumbo (3-Row)
Triple stack of Firewood Placed on a 40 x 48 inch base pallet. Large pathways and storage locations are required.
Rack
Custom steel firewood rack designed to Generally represent a Face Cord. Great for front-of-house display.
Jumbo (Bundles)
Individual bundle bags of Firewood placed on a 40 x 48 inch base pallet. Premium Firewood includes 60 or Fire Chunks will include 50.
Types of Wood
Oak – Kiln Dried
Our most popular wood. Kiln-dried oak burns clean, hot, and long with minimal smoke. Perfect for All methods of Cooking with Firewood.
Oak – 1-Day Flashed
Briefly heat-treated oak that retains some moisture for a slightly longer, more aromatic burn. Great for Smokers to slow the burn and reduce Firewood Usage.
Hickory – Kiln Dried
Bold, robust smoke flavor. A favorite for BBQ restaurants and smokehouses. Burns very hot and produces that classic rich, smoky aroma.
Pecan – Kiln Dried
Milder than hickory with a slightly sweet, nutty smoke. Excellent for poultry, pork, and delicate proteins.
Cherry – Kiln Dried
Light, sweet, fruity smoke with a beautiful reddish glow. Ideal for fine dining and upscale wood-fired presentations.
Mesquite – Kiln Dried
Intense, earthy smoke flavor. Burns extremely hot. Best used in smaller quantities for Tex-Mex grilling, Smoking or open-fire cooking.
Post Oak – Kiln Dried (BBQ)
The standard for Central Texas-style BBQ. Many say this is the King of the Smoke.
Outdoor Blend
An unspecified Firewood blend suited for outdoor fire pits and other non-cooking applications.
Fruitwoods (Call for Availability)
Seasonal specialty fruitwoods including apple, pecan, and cherry. Contact us to check current availability.
Split Sizes
XX
Our thinnest splits designed for pizza ovens and tight fireboxes. Fast ignition and precise heat management.
Pizza Cut
1-3 inch thin splits optimized for Neapolitan-style pizza ovens. Designed to reach and maintain temperatures above 800°F.
Chef Split
Our Most Popular 2-4 inch splits are appropriate for any method of cooking with Firewood.
Home Split
A Mixture of 3-7 inch splits that are ideal for larger fires that need to last longer.
Yule Split
A Larger selection of splits, ranging from 6-12 inches. Great for large Hearths, firepits and fireplaces.
Fire Chunks
An Undefined assortment of Kiln Dried Oak, Gum, Pine and any other locally sourced Timber. There is No Rhyme or Reason to the size and shape of what's inside this box.
BBQ Chunks
A Box (18 x 14 x 12) of fist sized chunks of your favorite smoking flavor.

All split sizes are cut to a length of 16 inches. 12 inch and 22 inch options are available upon request. Some Specialty Woods will arrive in an 18 inch length.
Payment Policy
This is a Business to Business transaction and not a line of Credit
Payment Policy 2026
- Invoices are created 1 business day after delivery and due on Net 10 Terms
- Any specific location is allowed no more than 1 open invoice at any time
- Beginning on the 2nd open invoice, an additional 15% Late Fee will be applied
- Any specific location that is 31+ days past due will be placed on C.O.D. Terms
C.O.D. Terms
- Cash or Check must be collected upon delivery (or pre-pay via credit card)
- You must pay the full invoice + the additional 15% finance charge upon delivery
- Once the account reaches 60 days overdue, you begin Buy 1, Pay 2 Terms
Buy 1, Pay 2 Terms
- You must pay the current invoice AND the oldest invoice upon each delivery
- This will continue until the account is 100% paid in full and returned to good standing

Delivery Policy
Order Deadlines
Orders must be received at least 2 business days before your preferred delivery date (unless otherwise agreed upon with your rep). Same-week orders are accommodated based on availability.
Delivery Windows
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, Ranging from 5:30am to 7:00pm (Occasionally overnight). Specific delivery windows are not guaranteed, Please inform us of any times that are unacceptable for us to deliver.
Access Requirements
Please ensure delivery access is clear on your scheduled delivery day. If the driver is unable to complete a delivery due to blocked access, a re-delivery fee may apply. Gate codes and access instructions can be saved in your profile's Delivery Notes field.
ASAP Deliveries
If you are running low on wood and need an urgent delivery, use the "Deliver ASAP" option when placing your order and include the date you expect to run out. We will do our best to accommodate expedited requests based on routing availability.
Delivery Zones
Our service area is divided into zones. Delivery availability and scheduling may vary by zone. Contact your sales representative for details about your zone's typical delivery days.
